It is easiest to determine the service life of a bearing only by the load it bears, but under extreme working conditions, we must not ignore another important factor that affects the service life of the vehicle bearing - lubrication.
We design the lubrication method of the bearings as circulating oil lubrication to increase the cleanliness of the lubricating oil. The lubricating oil contamination coefficient of the fine filtration system can reach 0.8, while the grease lubricating oil is not filtered and may even be contaminated by some particles after long-term operation. , the pollution coefficient may be only 0.4-0.6. Secondly, choose lubricating oil with appropriate lubrication viscosity. We recommend that the lubricating oil viscosity ratio of the bearing be between 1 and 4. For heavy-loaded low-speed bearings, high-viscosity lubricating oil is usually selected.
