Let’s talk about the pump head first. Because the gravel pump has a single pump casing structure, its pump head is composed of flow parts: impeller, pump body, rear guard plate, front clamp belt, joint plate, etc. Its outlet direction can be adjusted 360 degrees as needed.
Next, let’s talk about the bearing assembly. It is similar to the bearing assembly of the AH pump. It consists of the bearing body, shaft, end cover, grease retaining ring, labyrinth sleeve, labyrinth ring, round nut, etc. Its bearing lubrication is lithium-based grease.
Then talking about the sealing part, its seals are also divided into three types, packing seal, impeller seal and mechanical seal. The main accessories of the packing seal include: stuffing box, shaft sleeve, packing, split packing gland, front water seal ring, etc. The main accessories of the mechanical seal include: mechanical seal box, mechanical seal, and mechanical seal sleeve. The secondary impeller sealing assembly consists of: pressure reducing cover, secondary impeller, packing, water seal ring, split packing gland, etc.
