When assembling the bearing, the inner ring of the bearing needs to be preheated first, but the temperature should be controlled within 120 degrees, and the inner ring of the bearing must be close to the stop sleeve. The lower bearing adopts double row tapered roller bearing, which is composed of inner ring, outer ring, positioning sleeve, etc. When installing the lower end cover of the bearing, it must be noted that the lip surface in the groove of the lower end cover should be outwards, and the oil slinger must comply with the position in the assembly diagram. When installing the labyrinth ring, attention should be paid to staggering the openings. The bearing itself has guaranteed axial clearance, so there is no need to adjust the clearance during assembly of the bearing assembly. However, after installation, you still need to check the installed axial clearance.
