Precautions for using fine sand recovery pump

1. Check whether the bolts of the acid-resistant G series gravel pump are loose, whether the power cord and plug are intact, and the motor insulation resistance should be greater than 2 megohms.
2. In order to prevent electric shock accidents, you must install other appropriate security measures for leakage or electric shock and safety, and should be grounded.
3. The pump must be within the working voltage range of +5% and -12% of the rated voltage, otherwise the life of the motor will be shortened or it will burn out. Use the pump as far away from the power supply as possible, and the transmission line should be appropriately thickened, otherwise it will not work with the voltage drop.
4. Turn on the power switch and leave the pump idle for about 2 minutes. Then start checking whether it is normal and whether the steering is correct.
5. Fix the pump with a pipe or hose (not too soft, so it can be sucked flat), and connect it to the inlet and bottom valve. The bottom valve must be placed perpendicular to the horizontal plane, more than 30 cm from the bottom, so it can suck up sand.
6. Before using the water pump and the automatic self-priming pump for the first time, fill the water storage tank with water. After the Shijiazhuang Pansto Pump Industry water cannot automatically cut off the power, there is no need to fill it for dozens of seconds after using it.
7. Because the former Jiqing high-speed pump and the automatic self-priming pump pipe fill the storage tank with water for the first time, the water cannot automatically cut off the power, and there is no need to fill it after dozens of seconds.
8. When in use, the motor should be kept dry and the bottom valve should not be exposed outside the water when the water level drops. When the temperature is below 40℃. Antifreeze should be prepared to avoid cracking of the pump during operation.
9. If it has not been for a while, you should drain the water from the water pump (and the automatic self-priming water pump drainage water storage tank), clean the main components, apply anti-rust oil, and put it in a dry, ventilated place for later use.
