    1. Mechanical seal pressure relief technology
     Mechanical seal pressure relief technology refers to reducing the sealing pressure difference endured by the mechanical seal from the pressure formed by the head to the pressure formed by the water level of the inlet pool. PTEE displacement seals and orifice seals allow the high-pressure chamber of the Pansto Pump to enter the first mechanical seal. Cavity leakage is reduced. A pressure relief hole is provided in the upper part of the first mechanical seal chamber, and the pressure relief hole is connected with the water inlet channel. Its flow resistance is smaller than that of the PTEE displacement seal. After the pressure relief device is installed, the pressure in the first sealing chamber caused by the head is reduced to the pressure generated by the submersion depth of the inlet pool.      2. Combined mechanical seal
     Inside the oil chamber (the medium is mechanical oil) and outside (the medium is sewage), two mechanical seals (i.e., oil chamber mechanical seal) are installed in reverse in series. On the one hand, it reduces the probability of accidental mechanical seal accidents. On the other hand, Further reducing the pressure difference will help reduce the leakage of the mechanical seal.
     3. Mouth ring and PTEE extrusion seal
     By setting up a mouth ring, the mechanical seal device equipped with a pressure relief device can completely eliminate the possibility of plastic bags, hemp ropes and other fiber debris in the sewage being entangled on the mechanical seal, and improve the working conditions of the mechanical seal. At the same time, it prevents fiber material from blocking the sealing cavity and causing the expansion axial force to increase and damage the thrust bearing. The PTEE displacement seal can reduce leakage and is suitable for sealing under harsh conditions such as high temperature, corrosive fluids, and fluids containing abrasive particles, and has an extremely long service life.
