3. Synthetic fiber packing: There are mainly graphite packing, carbon fiber packing, polytetrafluoroethylene packing, acrylic sandwiched silicone fiber packing, etc.
4. Ceramic and metal fiber packing: mainly silicon carbide packing, boron carbide packing, medium-alkali glass fiber packing, etc.
Since a single fiber material will have some shortcomings of the material itself, using a single fiber to weave packing will easily cause leakage due to the gaps between the packing fibers. At the same time, some fibers have poor self-lubrication and a large friction coefficient. , so it is necessary to impregnate some lubricants, fillers and special additives. To improve the density and lubricity of the filler, such as: mineral oil or molybdenum disulfide grease mixed with graphite powder, talc powder, mica, glycerin, vegetable oil, etc., and impregnated polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion emulsion, and Add appropriate amounts of surfactants and dispersants to the emulsion.
