ANXA3(Annexin A3) Basic information
This gene encodes a member of the annexin family. Members of this calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding protein family play a role in the regulation of cellular growth and in signal transduction pathways. This protein functions in the inhibition of phospholipase A2 and cleavage of inositol 1,2-cyclic phosphate to form inositol 1-phosphate. This protein may also play a role in anti-coagulation.

Feiyue’s Human ANXA3(Annexin A3) Elisa kit is an ELISA reagent for detection of Neutrophil elastase in Serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.
This kit uses sandwich ELISA to detect the concentration of ANXA3(Annexin A3) ANXA3(Annexin A3) -specific monoclonal antibody has been pre-coated in the wells of the supplied microplate. Standards samples and controls are added to interact with the immobilized antibody. A sandwich complex is formed by additional anti- ANXA3(Annexin A3) antibody with HRP-Streptavidin. TMB solution is added to react with the sandwich for ming optical signal measured by microplate reader. The concentration of ANXA3(Annexin A3) in the sample can be calculated by comparing the absorbance of the sample with the standard curve.
