AAAS(Aladin) Introduction
AladinTM, also known as adracalin, is a nuclear envelope protein that in humans is encoded by the AAAS gene. It is named after the achalasia–addisonianism–alacrima syndrome (triple A syndrome) which occurs when the gene is mutated.
Human AAAS(Aladin) ELISA Kit Test method
This kit uses sandwich ELISA to detect the concentration of AAAS(Aladin).Human AAAS(Aladin)-specific monoclonal antibody has been pre-coated in the wells of the supplied microplate.Standards samples and controls are added to interact with the immobilized antibody. A sandwich complex is formed by additional anti-human AAAS(Aladin) antibody with HRP-Streptavidin.TMB solution is added to react with the sandwich forming optical signal measured by microplate reader.The concentration of human AAAS(Aladin) in the sample can be calculated by comparing the absorbance of the sample with the standard curve.
