This post is addressed to caring people abroad who have a chance to support Odessa Jewish community evacuated to Romania. The community includes orphans, older people, and families. Today, one of the communities of the city of Odessa is in evacuation, the community consists not only of families, a school, a kindergarten, but also of old people, orphans, children, for whom the community is the only home.
The Odessa community «Tikva» is a huge organism in which people on February 24, 2022 took a suitcase each and left for the unknown, leaving their homes.

We really need your help! For a year now, the Jewish community of Odessa has been living in evacuation in Romania because of the war that is going on in Ukraine! We are over a thousand people! Unfortunately, the war continues and we still have no way to return home! Living such a large community in a foreign country is very expensive! Students and schoolchildren, kindergarten and boarding schools, families and other members of the community! We all need shelter, food, medicine, livelihood and more! All this time we have been supported by our sponsors, the members of the community themselves, but it is very difficult to bear all the needs of such a large community on one shoulder! Therefore, we want to ask you from the bottom of our hearts for financial assistance for the community! Any donation will make a huge difference.
