!) Construction of modular plants for processing solid waste - anywhere in the world!
Recovery and valorization of waste.
1.- Waste treatment using hydrolysis Hydrolysis involves the use of water over previously separated organic waste in order to achieve its decomposition and subsequent fermentation. Further, through the fractional distillation process, we obtain 92.8% (96ºGL) bioethanol. Through the condensation process, the originally used water is recovered and the final product is waste in the form of racks, which are transferred to the Thermolysis recycling process.
2.- Waste treatment by thermal decomposition (Thermolysis) Thermolysis involves the thermal decomposition of waste under pressure and temperature between 650°C and 1200°C (heating rather than burning). Due to the lack of oxygen, the binding of molecules contained in solid waste is disrupted, resulting in the rearrangement of atoms of combustible gases and carbon, as well as the release of oxygen. Thermolysis produces minimal emissions because waste is controlled and converted into energy, preventing the release of toxins into the atmosphere.
What we get at the output:
- Bioethanol
Used for transportation, as a gasoline oxygenator to reduce emissions, to generate other types of engines or electricity, or to generate heat.
- Distilled water
The water used in the hydrolysis process is recovered as distilled water. This water can be reused in another downstream hydrolysis process or, if there is a market for it, bottled and sold at a higher price.
- Synthesis gas
Syngas or syngas is a mixture of hydrogen, nitrogen, methane and other gases. It is a gas that has approximately 55% of the heating value of natural gas. It is obtained only by processing organic matter, solid waste, biomass waste, algae, animal excrement, oils, ship ballast and sewage sludge.
- Charcoal and biochar
Every 1 ton of waste in a thermolysis installation produces an excess of decomposed safe material that does not contain gases. The amount of this material will depend on factors such as temperature or morphology of the product being processed.
Treatment: animal excrement, biomass residues, algae or any inorganic element, it will be biochar or vegetable charcoal.
Processing of solid waste, plastics, tires and other rubber, leached sludge and other waste: product - charcoal. Both charcoal and biochar are basically the same product but with different uses. Bunker fuel Processing of all types of plastics (except PVC and others containing chlorine in their composition) - synthetic fuel.
Rubber processing.. From 1 ton - from 500 to 600 kg of bunker fuel. Here is the greatest profitability. Thermal radiation When processing solid waste pellets inside the thermolysis unit itself, heat is generated - from 0.4 to 0.6 MWh. When processing 1 ton of granules - from 1 to 1.2 MWh of heat per ton. Soil improvers Treatment of class A, B and C waters - coal smoke that does not contain harmful gases. This is a fertilizer for fields with natural minerals.
Hydrogen Converts MSW into - green hydrogen H2. The fuel is of the future. Quantity of solid waste: 2 tons of waste per hour, any quantity.
Our factories operate in the USA, Australia, China, Aruba, Kazakhstan, Romania and Türkiye.
