Structural features:
1. This type of pump uses SP, SPR, and PNL bearing components. The bearing body is equipped with a motor base or motor frame, so it can directly use direct transmission or indirect transmission, and the pulley can be easily replaced to change the pump speed. So as to meet the changes of working conditions.
2. The material box is made of steel structure, steel lined with rubber, etc. It is equipped with a tangential feed inlet and an overflow box to easily transport excess incoming materials back to the pool. The tangential inlet allows the material to quickly enter the pump and eliminate part of the material. Foam.
3. The pump head structure is a double pump shell structure. Depending on the transmission medium, the flow-passing parts can be made of: metal or rubber. or other non-metallic materials.
When the foam pump is running, the flow friction between the liquid and the pump body will cause friction. The rotating and fixed parts of the foam pump accessories, such as the balls and inner and outer rings of the bearings, the sleeves and the packing, will generate friction. The friction will generate heat. At the same time, due to the temperature of the medium, High conductivity to the pump causes the pump body to heat up. The heat will cause some parts of the pump to be deformed and damaged due to the high temperature.
Therefore, when we use the pump, we must cool the pump to avoid unnecessary losses. There are many cooling methods. The cooling method can be determined according to the situation. The purpose of enterprise dynamic cooling is to reduce the pump body, pump Keep the temperature of the seat, bearing box and shaft seal to prevent deformation, aging and damage of these parts due to temperature rise.
In order to prevent impurities from entering the pump and blocking the flow path and affecting performance, the foam pump should be equipped with a filter in front of the pump inlet; when turning the rotor component of the water pump before installing the pipeline, there should be no friction or sticking, otherwise the pump should be disassembled Check the reason.
