Slurry pump structure: PH slurry pump and impurity pump are cantilevered, horizontal double-shell axial suction centrifugal slurry pumps. The outlet position of the pump can be rotated at eight different angles at 45°C intervals for installation and use.
Slurry pump material: The pump body of PH slurry pump and impurity pump has a replaceable wear-resistant metal lining, and the impeller, sheath, guard plate and other flow-passing parts are all made of wear-resistant metal.
Use of slurry pump: It can transport highly abrasive slurry in areas with small flow and low head; it can transport lightly abrasive slurry in areas with high head and large flow. It is suitable for conveying highly abrasive and high-concentration slurry in industrial sectors such as metallurgy, mining, coal, electric power, and building materials. This type of pump can also be used in multi-stage series.
Slurry pump sealing forms: The shaft seals of AH slurry pumps and impurity pumps can adopt packing seals, auxiliary impeller seals, packing plus auxiliary impeller seals, mechanical seals, etc.
Slurry pump transmission types: DC direct coupling transmission, CR parallel belt transmission, ZVZ upper and lower belt transmission, CV vertical belt transmission, etc.
