Suitable materials. If the solid particles in the conveyed slurry are small, regular in shape, evenly distributed, and have no sharp corners, rubber materials can be used. While ensuring the wear resistance of the pump, it also reduces equipment manufacturing costs. When the solid particles in the slurry are large, irregular in shape and complex in particle size composition, materials with good wear resistance and high hardness can be used, such as high chromium alloys. When the slurry contains hydrogen ions and chloride ions, the chemical corrosion resistance of the material needs to be considered, and stainless steel and other materials can be used. If it contains hydrogen ions, chloride ions, and solid particles, you can consider A49 material.
