1. The sequence and precautions for starting and stopping the foam slurry pump
Start-up sequence: close the outlet valve, open the sealed cooling water, open the inlet valve, start the motor, wait until the motor and slurry pump run smoothly, then open the outlet valve.
Shutdown sequence: close the outlet valve, close the motor, close the inlet valve, and close the seal cooling water.
Note: Before starting the slurry pump, the inlet valve must be fully opened and the outlet valve completely closed. After the slurry pump runs smoothly, the outlet valve must be slowly opened. It’s not easy to act too hastily.
