Bypass regulation. This is to use bypass diversion to adjust the flow rate, which can solve the problem of the slurry pump continuing to operate at a small flow rate. Cut the impeller outer diameter. This method of adjusting the flow rate of the slurry pump by cutting the outer diameter of the impeller has a small power loss, but the impeller cannot be restored after cutting, that is, the flow rate can only be adjusted in the direction of small flow rate. Moreover, the cutting amount of the impeller is limited, and the flow adjustment range is limited. It is suitable for situations where it is necessary to work under a small flow rate for a long time and the flow rate does not change much.
Replace the slurry pump impeller. Changing impellers with different diameters or outlet widths to adjust the flow rate of the slurry pump will result in small power losses, but impellers of multiple diameters need to be prepared, and the range of adjusting the flow rate is limited.
