Welcome to the world of Elendan crochet miniatures! I should admit, his is one of the most fascinating items I've ever made. It containes many new parts in comparison to my previous dollhouses, such as additional wall with hooks to hang dollhouse stuff, balcony with greenery and branch with a bird, moving cloud above the house and opening door with a handle, many interior details, 2 micro bears about 1.5-2 cm height. Size of dollhouse is about 3″ (8 cm). The house, bears and bedding are crocheted with cotton yarn and hooks from 0.7 to 1.75 mm. Some parts are painted with acrylic paint/ pastels, covered with varnish. There are about 3 weeks of my work behind the images you see here, and I'm honestly proud with a result, feeling a bit like a jeweler :-)

Of course, because of many small parts this item is not safe for little children. I would say it's not suitable for children under 5, though you know your kids better than me. My daughter is 5, and she's allowed to play with things like this (she's really enjoying tiny stuff and my mini houses :-)
