A49 material has strong corrosion resistance, so desulfurization pumps mostly choose A49 material. Also because the slurry is corrosive, the site generally has higher requirements for shaft seals and no leakage. Therefore, mechanical seals are often used as shaft seals in desulfurization pumps.
Some desulfurization projects will also use natural rubber flow parts. As long as the particles in our slurry do not have sharp corners and are not highly corrosive, natural rubber is also a good choice.
