APOA1(Apolipoprotein A-I) Introduction
Apolipoprotein A1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the APOA1 gene.As the major component of HDL particles, it has a specific role in lipid metabolism. The text in a 2014 report suggested that APOA1 mRNA is regulated by endogenously expressed antisense RNA.
Human APOA1(Apolipoprotein A-I) ELISA Kit Test method
This kit uses sandwich ELISA to detect the concentration of  APOA1(Apolipoprotein A-I)  .APOA1(Apolipoprotein A-I) -specific monoclonal antibody has been pre-coated in the wells of the supplied microplate.Standards samples and controls are added to interact with the immobilized antibody. A sandwich complex is formed by additional  APOA1(Apolipoprotein A-I)  antibody with HRP-Streptavidin.TMB solution is added to react with the sandwich forming optical signal measured by microplate reader.The concentration of  APOA1(Apolipoprotein A-I)   in the sample can be calculated by comparing the absorbance of the sample with the standard curve.
